What affects the investment? Coverage time, deliverables, turnaround speed, and whether you need photo, video, or both. A 3-hour cocktail reception with 100 photos delivered in two weeks costs less than an 8-hour conference with 400 photos and a highlight reel delivered in 5 days.
You can absolutely get just photos or just video—you don't need both unless you want both. Our Essential and Professional packages let you choose: either professional photography OR videography at the same price.
Choose photography if: you primarily need social media content, website images, and LinkedIn posts. Choose video if: you want event highlights for marketing, sponsor presentations, or next year's promotion. Choose both (Premium package) if: you need comprehensive documentation with sponsor ROI proof.
Photos are delivered in 5-10 days. Videos are delivered in 7-15 days. This is significantly faster than the industry standard of 30-60 days.
We prioritize fast turnaround because we know you need content while your event is still relevant—whether that's for sponsor follow-up, social media buzz, or planning next year's event. You'll receive a link to your private online gallery where you can view, download, and share everything.
Sooner is better, but we're used to moving fast. For most corporate events, two to four weeks of notice lets us lock the date and plan the coverage properly—shot list, timing, the right gear for the room.
That said, we take last-minute bookings when the calendar allows. If your event is next week, ask anyway. NYC dates in the fall and the December holiday stretch fill up first, so book those earlier if you can.
