Matched to your palette
Send us your brand colors or a deck. We source and light the backdrop to match, so the portraits look like they came from your company, not from a rental catalogue.
Headshot station for NYC events
A real photographer and a real studio setup, built in your brand colors and running inside your conference, trade show, or company event. Every guest leaves with a portrait they will actually use. You leave with the full image library — and, if you want it, the email list of everyone who stepped in front of the camera.
Check your event dateHalf day from $2,500. We reply by email within one business day — no phone call required. Easy to forward to whoever signs off.
Most headshot stations hand every client the same sheet of grey seamless. We build the station around your identity instead — backdrop color matched to your brand palette, lighting shaped to suit it, and an edit style applied consistently across every portrait from the day.

Every image from the event gets the same color, contrast, and retouching profile. Two hundred portraits that look like one considered set.
Optional logo treatment or branded frame applied to every file, so the image keeps working for you after the guest posts it.
You can’t know in advance how many guests will step up, so you shouldn’t have to guess at a per-person price. Guest counts below are the numbers we comfortably deliver without rushing anyone — in practice we often photograph more. Every package includes the full studio setup, a photographer running the station, brand-matched backdrop, retouching, online delivery, and full commercial usage rights.

A photo booth hands people a strip of novelty prints. This is a photographer, studio lighting, and a clean backdrop, producing a portrait good enough to become someone’s LinkedIn photo for the next three years. That difference is why guests queue for it, and why the images are worth keeping.
This is the same portable studio and the same lighting we use for on-site corporate headshots — brought into your event instead of your office. The portraits below are from that work.

The difference between a portrait people keep and one they delete is usually the ninety seconds before the shutter. Here is how the station actually runs.
Nobody is told to “just be natural.” We pose each person properly — hands, shoulders, chin, weight — the same way we would in a paid studio session. A printed posing guide sits at the station so guests can see the shapes before they are in front of the camera.
The camera is tethered to a laptop at the station, so images appear on screen seconds after they are taken. Guests review their own shots and choose the one they want retouched, rather than trusting a stranger to pick for them.1
A quiet stretch means a longer, more considered session. A rush means we keep the line moving and still get everyone a portrait they are happy with. Either way nobody is hurried through as a number.2
A station only works if the guest gets something worth their time and the organizer gets something worth the budget line. Here is exactly what each side receives.
Your guest gets
You get
You are already paying for the booth. A headshot station is the thing that makes people stop at it — and everyone who sits down leaves an email address behind.
An attendee perk that people genuinely want. Professional headshots are one of the few giveaways nobody throws away on the walk to the subway.
Holiday party, all-hands, offsite, or a branded pop-up. Guests get something out of the evening, you quietly solve the problem of half the team having a headshot from 2019, and the images get shared because people actually like them.
Short version: less than you think.
About 10 by 10 feet, ideally against a wall and near foot traffic, plus one standard outlet within reach. That is genuinely the whole list.
We arrive 45 minutes early and break down in 30. Neither eats into your program.
Comfortably around twelve guests an hour, unhurried, with real direction for each one. If you expect a rush, a second station roughly doubles capacity without doubling the wait.
1 On-the-spot review and selection is standard, and we run it whenever the pace of the day allows. At very high volume, or where the venue restricts space or power for a tethering setup, we may shoot untethered and send a private gallery for selection shortly after the event instead. We will tell you which approach we expect as soon as we know your run of show.
2 Guest counts and time per person are planning figures, not caps. Actual pace depends on attendance, the flow of your program, wardrobe and touch-up needs, and how many guests arrive at once. We do not stop shooting when a number is reached — we work the hours booked and photograph everyone we reasonably can within them.
The first step is one short form. The rest can stay in email unless a call would genuinely help.
Tell us the event, the date, the venue, and roughly how many guests you expect.
We reply within one business day with availability, the right package, and a fixed price.
We lock the date, coordinate with your venue on space and power, and show up early.
