Core Visuals prices are spread across five service pages. This page pulls every published number into one place so you can see the whole picture before you email. Fixed pricing throughout, no hourly surprises, no agency markup.
The two numbers that look inconsistent but aren't
"Starting at $1,700" is the hourly rate's 2-hour minimum: $850/hr, 2-hour minimum, for events under about 4 hours.
"Packages start at $3,500" is the Essential package floor, the better deal from roughly 4 hours up ($850 × 4 = $3,400, close enough to the package that the package wins). Both numbers are correct. They're two different ways to book the same crew.

Photo and video are priced the same when you choose one format. Bundling both, the Premium package, saves $2,500 or more versus booking a photographer and a videographer separately. Adding a headshot station to any event runs from $2,500 for a half day, $4,500 for a full day.

Team headshot volume pricing is applied automatically: first 5 people at $300 each, 6 to 10 at $240 each, 11 to 20 at $180 each, 20 or more at $150 each. A published worked example: 10 people comes to $1,500 plus $1,200, $2,700 total. Commercial usage rights are included at every tier.

Typical ranges: a video business card runs $2,500 to $5,000, full-day coverage runs $3,500 to $10,000, and premium multi-day projects run $10,000 and up. Most projects land between $2,500 and $15,000, always as a fixed quote before anything gets booked.
What isn't published, and what to do about it
A few numbers aren't public yet, on any service page: the rush or 48-hour premium amount, weekend or off-hours surcharges if any apply, travel pricing outside NYC beyond the Philadelphia anchors, and raw file or extended licensing pricing. Rush delivery exists on most services, we just quote the premium per job rather than publishing a flat add-on, so it lands in your fixed quote instead of as a separate surprise line.
Every quote is a fixed price agreed before booking, with a deposit to hold the date and the balance due on delivery.
