Can you cover both event photography and video?
Yes. Core Visuals NYC offers event photography, video production, or combined coverage for corporate events, conferences, galas, and launches. Photo galleries and video highlights serve different uses, so we agree on the deliverables and crew before the shoot. You can book either service separately or plan both together.
How much does event coverage cost?
Short-event coverage is $850 per hour with a two-hour minimum, so the starting investment is $1,700. Event packages start at $3,500 for up to five hours of coverage. The final quote depends on the coverage and deliverables. See the event coverage page for package details and combined photo and video options.
Where in New York do you work?
Core Visuals NYC covers events and corporate shoots across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Tri-state coverage is available, and we can discuss travel for projects farther away. Send the venue location with your inquiry so travel and production needs can be included in the quote.
Who will I work with?
You'll work directly with Vlad Levine, the founder and lead shooter at Core Visuals NYC, from the first email through final delivery. The crew is planned around the scope of your project. That keeps the brief, shoot, and edit connected, with one person responsible for keeping the work on track.
