$850 an hour, two-hour minimum. For a single session or reception under about four hours.

Up to 5 hours. 150 to 200 edited photos or a 2 to 3 minute highlight reel, in 5 to 10 days.
Professional

6 to 8 hours. 200 to 300 edited photos or a 4 to 6 minute reel, in 7 to 15 days.
Premium
From $9,500
8+ hours of photo and video. Photos, two-camera video, a 4 to 6 minute reel and social clips, in 7 to 15 days.

Before you book
Can you cover keynotes and the expo floor at the same time?
Yes, with a second photographer. At the tech expo, one photographer stayed on the main stage while the other covered the floor, the booths and the networking. We agree on the crew and who covers which room before the day.
How fast do the photos arrive?
Essential packages deliver in 5 to 10 days, Professional and Premium in 7 to 15. At the tech expo the edited photos went out in 5 days, while the event was still trending.
Do you film full sessions or just highlights?
Both. The tech expo got 9 fully edited founder speeches, each filmed on two cameras with professional audio and graphics, plus a highlight reel and social clips.
Where in New York do you work?
All five boroughs. Tri-state coverage is available, and we can talk about travel for conferences farther away. Send the venue with your inquiry so travel is in the quote.
