Event pricing, worked out
What your event coverage costs, on your numbers.
Pick your hours, choose photo, video, or both, and this shows the package price. These are the same published rates every client pays, the estimator just saves you reading the whole service page to find your case.
Run your event through it
Coverage hours first, then what you need delivered.
Two-hour minimum. Under four hours, hourly wins; from four hours up, the packages beat the hourly math.
These are my published rates. Every project gets a fixed written quote before booking, and actual quotes can vary with scope and change over time.
How the pricing works
Short events are hourly. $850 an hour with a two-hour minimum, so two hours is $1,700 and three is $2,550. At four hours the hourly math reaches $3,400, which is why the Essential package at $3,500 takes over there, you get the full package deliverables for roughly the same money.
Packages are priced by coverage, not by format. Essential ($3,500, up to 5 hours) and Professional ($6,000, 6–8 hours) cost the same whether you choose the photo gallery or the highlight reel. You pick one format; the price doesn't move.
Photo and video together is two full scopes. On shorter events that's $7,000: the same two-Essential math I quote off the page. From six hours it becomes the Premium package, from $9,500, which saves $2,500 or more against booking the two formats separately.
The headshot station is an add-on with its own setup. It runs alongside the event coverage: half day is 3 live hours, full day is 6. How many guests fit depends on how long each guest gets, which is a real choice, not a spec: the honest capacity math is here.
Every package includes full commercial usage rights. Website, social, paid ads, careers page, no expiry, no renewal conversation. If you want to see what that's worth, the licensing math is here.
Questions people ask at this point
Is the estimate binding? The package prices are real and published, so for a standard event the quote you get will match what you see here. What moves a quote is scope: multiple locations, same-day delivery, a run-of-show that needs a second shooter. That's why every booking still gets a fixed written quote first.
What about events longer than eight hours, or multi-day? That's custom territory and I'd rather price it properly than have a slider guess. Multi-day trade shows, for reference, start at $8,000.
Is there a rush option? Standard turnaround is 5–15 days depending on package. Rush delivery exists and is priced per job, mention it in the form and the quote will include it.
Turn the estimate into a fixed quote
Send me the event and the estimate comes with it. I'll reply with a fixed price and the usage terms in plain language. It's me reading this and me writing back.
