How the two products differ
Office team headshots are a scheduled session at your workplace: each person gets a few minutes, 2–3 final retouched options, delivery in 7–10 days with commercial usage included. Up to five people is $1,500; a bigger team books a half day from $2,500 or a full day from $4,500.
The event headshot station is a different animal: a branded setup running live at your conference or party, where guests walk up, get shot, and receive their retouched photo by email. Half day ($2,500) is 3 live hours; full day ($4,500) is 6. It's priced by time, not per person, a guest who doesn't show up doesn't change the setup the station needs. How many guests fit those hours depends on how long each guest gets, and that's a choice about the experience, not a spec. The honest math on that is here. Big multi-day runs become a multi-station trade show build, from $8,000, quoted per run.
Both include retouching, online delivery, and full commercial usage rights. The station also hands you the contact list of everyone who participated, which tends to interest the people paying for the event.
Questions people ask at this point
Why priced by time, not per person? Because setup is the fixed cost. Lights, backdrop, and the trip to your office cost the same for 5 people as for 25, so the price follows the hours the setup runs, not the headcount.
More than 75 people at the office? That usually becomes a multi-day or multi-team schedule, and it's worth pricing properly. Use the form and say the number; we quote it directly.
Can the station bolt onto event coverage? Yes, that's the most common shape. The event coverage estimator has the combined math.
