This notice explains what Core Visuals NYC collects through this website, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.

Information you send us

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, company, event timing, budget range, service needs, and project notes. We use that information to respond, prepare a quote, and discuss the requested work. The form also sends the page you arrived on, the site that linked you here, and the pages you viewed on our site during that visit, so we can answer better.

Website and advertising information

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and form activity. Paid landing pages may also use Google or OpenAI advertising measurement. If you arrive through an advertisement, the page may receive campaign parameters or a platform click identifier. We use those identifiers to understand which ads produced an inquiry. OpenAI automatic advanced matching is disabled, so inquiry-form fields are not sent to OpenAI for matching. We do not use the inquiry form to collect sensitive personal information.

Visit analytics and your choice

We also count visits with PostHog, using our own small script that sends PostHog only what it lists: the page address without any query text, the site that linked you here (its domain only), campaign labels in the link, screen size, a random visit id, and named steps such as viewing the pricing page or starting the inquiry form. It never sends what you type, page text, or cookies, and no PostHog code runs on this site. We do not record sessions.

Until you answer the banner at the bottom of the page, the visit id lives only in that browser tab and is gone when you close it. If you choose "OK", we remember this browser across visits, and if you then send an inquiry, we link your email address to the pages you viewed so we can answer better. If you choose "No thanks", we send nothing and remove our visit ids from your browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "No thanks". We do not change anything for the older "Do Not Track" setting, which has no common standard. You can change your answer at any time: change your choice. PostHog keeps event data for up to one year.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website. Formspree processes inquiry submissions. Google, PostHog and OpenAI provide analytics or advertising measurement. Cloudinary delivers some site images and videos. These providers may process technical or submitted information as needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy practices.

How we use and share information

We use inquiry information to communicate with you and provide the requested service. We use aggregate website data to improve the site and measure advertising. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, the business, or another person.

Retention and choices

We keep inquiry records only as long as they remain useful for client communication, business records, security, or legal obligations. You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.
